What online forum is appropriate to discuss public policy- NO POLITICS
This can’t be political. Can someone share a publicly or privately a recommendation for a forum to discuss public policy decisions? I understand this post may be removed. That is fine.
I want to understand where to go for info and different views. This isn’t the forum for political squabbles. I think we can probably agree that long Covid isn’t fun. There’s then a million ways any individual can respond to having it.

@ericy210, you're right. The purpose of Mayo Clinic Connect is to share health experiences to improve one's health. As per the Community Guidelines (https://connect.mayoclinic.org/blog/about-connect/tab/community-guidelines/), not a place for political discussion as you point out.
Advocacy and policy about long COVID are important. There are various places to share your experience and let your voice be heard to help change policy. Here are a few places I found via internet search (not an endorsement):
- The Long COVID Alliance https://longcovidalliance.org/home/about-us/
- COVID-19 Longhauler Advocacy Project (C19LAP) https://www.longhauler-advocacy.org/about
- Patient-Led Research Collaborative https://patientresearchcovid19.com/
Facebook may be another place to search for such groups.
Also a good news source for long covid policy and politics is the Sick Times Newsletter. https://thesicktimes.org/newsletter/
