What is the difference between R-ALA and NA R-ALA? Which of these are best for peripheral neuropathy or doesn’t it matter

I'm not an expert by a long shot but I think either is OK but Na-R-ALA is more bioavailable and cost a little more. Here's some research if you want to dig down more.

"Which form of alpha-lipoic acid is best for neuropathy?
Alpha-lipoic acid has been used for years to treat peripheral neuropathy in Germany. However, most of the studies that have found it helps have used intravenous (IV) alpha-lipoic acid."
