What is causing stiff wooden like feeling of bilateral legs from knees

What can I do to correct stiff, wooden-like legs that have begun to swell and feel very hard?

Have you had any injuries or other conditions that may contribute to the leg swelling? Have you seen a doctor yet?

As one poster already said..it could be many medical causes...in my situation-the stiff, wooden-like symptoms along with others symptoms were caused by small fiber neuropathy.. A podiatrist will check your arteries blood circulation and veins return thru ultrasound procedure...
