What helps??? My three meds barely work

I need help!

I have had small fiber neuropathy full body neuropathy for almost 7 years. It has gotten progressively worse.

I take:
800 mg Gabapentin four times per day
150 mg Lyrica five times day
100 mg Nucynta four times per day

I was blessed with full body but it super bad around my eyes balls, from my upper chest (b@@bs) all that way down, where it never stops at my extra private place (v@g👁️na) which never ever ever stops it's so brutal.

This is getting progressively worse and I have many many days the meds don't help at all!

What other things can honestly help with this damn pain!

Have you been referred for either a spinal cord stimulator of a pain pump? You can do a trial for each to give you an idea of how well they might work. There are a lot of pluses and minuses for each. Doesn't hurt to look into them. I hope you find something that helps soon.
