What could the pain be in the lower middle rib?

I am getting pain in the lower middle of my rib, on the side of my body. I know it’s the rib, because it’s hard to the touch. It dosnt hurt really at all unless I touch it,. That’s when it hurts pretty good.

Anyone have any advice how to fix this or what it could be?

Hi @jaydenk. Welcome to Connect. The mystery of your sore rib sounds like it’s giving you a little stress right along with the discomfort. If this has been going on for a while, I think it might be a good idea for you to have a visit with your primary care provider to find out why you’re having this pain. Do you remember bumping your rib at all?
