Jockey shorts with Tena Pads work really great. You can get the pads on Amazon.

If you can find an American equivalent, something like Damn Dry. They're the only ones I wear.

Keep it all good in your manhood in our Damn Dry Briefs. These men's dry briefs form part of our Damn Dry range with a fit that feels just like regular undies but protects against light leaks and sweat, so you stay dry down south.

• Damn Dry men's briefs perfect for post-op, working out or on the go
• Bonds moisture management technology wicks away liquid
• Anti-odour design keeps you fresh
• Double layer pouch for extra support and leak protection

Top American Alternatives to Bonds Damn Dry

Knix: Highly popular in the US for seamless, comfortable, and leakproof underwear that handles light bladder leaks and periods.
Modibodi: While an Australian brand, they have a strong presence in the US and are a direct competitor to the Damn Dry range for absorbency and comfort.
Thinx: A well-known brand for reusable, absorbent underwear that works well for light, daily leaks.
Aerie (by American Eagle): Their "Waffle Seamless" or "Smoothie" lines often offer leakproof options that are highly regarded for comfort

Costco sells it's own brand of reasonably priced men's boxer briefs (small surcharge if not a member). I tried 1 pack and bought more.
Easy to attach a pad to the inside.
Many stores sell pads; do not have to buy everything from Amazon (but it's a choice).
Best wishes.

You might have to try a few different ones. We are all built differently. Perhaps start with Depends due to availability and see how it goes.

I went and bought some plain white briefs with a lot of support. You might see if you can find underwear with some Lycra/Spandex in it. The More support the better. Once the Leakage stops from surgery your husband can wear liners/pads etc with his underwear. Once the Cath is out make sure your husband's penis doesn't dangle to the right or left facing downward. Encourage him to make sure his penis is up instead of down in his underwear. That helps with Lekage. The Pads/liners have a Target zone in them and it's not down it's up. 🙂 Just a helpful suggestion.
