Wegovy (semaglutide), Unable to eat during titration down?

Hello. My 24-year-old daughter has been on wegovy For about a year now. She has lost about 100 pounds and is now going through the Dosage reduction. During her second week of reduced dose, she is unable to eat without extreme abdominal cramping. So bad she was in the ER last night for IV therapy to combat hypoglycemia and dehydration.
Is anyone else experiencing similar effects? And if so, how was it treated? Thank you.
