Wedge pillows

Does anybody have a recommendation for a wedge pillow for sleeping and night feeding? Maybe one with some sides to keep from slumping off the side?
Ideally it would be large enough to start at my lower back.

I made an extra large sleeve that would hold a wide wedge bed. I added soft sides supports inside the wedge edges, and a pyramid type wedge to support my butt from sliding down, I drown when level. I then did some sharp knife trimming of foam to fit. Then I bought a bed sheet with draw straps to wrap and tighten the whole thing together. This way I can fold it and throw it in the jeep and head on down the road. 6 years it took to figure out what worked. "Necessity, the mother of all inventions" a.e.
I did 16 months of tube feedings. I had to stop the nightly feeding because I'd always be rolling around all night and wake up wet in soup.
Spend a few $ and build a bed sleeve to hold the wedges that fit your body style, then buy a small bed sheet you can draw tight around the sleeve holding the wedges. Tighten the strap and know it will keep you in place without aspirations.
