Waiting for biopsy results - BI-RADS 4B

I just had my biopsy today and if I'm lucky I'll find out the results by Friday. While waiting to get the biopsy, I googled every word of my ultrasound findings. It wasn't really helpful. I decided after searching that I either have cancer or I don't. 😉 But one thing I wanted to do is share my ultrasound findings and then I'll share the biopsy results when I get them. I don't know if it will help anybody because everyone is different but it would have made me feel better to read someone else's findings that was a 4B. Even if it didn't give me answers, I at least like facts.

My findings:
ULTRASOUND FINDINGS: Targeted ultrasound of the left breast at the
3:00 position, 3 cm from the nipple demonstrates a 0.6 x 0.4 x 0.6 cm
oval hypoechoic mass with microlobulated margins, a parallel
orientation, no posterior acoustic features, and no evidence of
internal blood flow on color Doppler imaging. This corresponds to the
mass described on mammography.

Targeted ultrasound of the left axilla demonstrates no evidence of
left axillary lymphadenopathy.

IMPRESSION: The mass at the 3:00 position in the left breast is
suspicious for malignancy. Ultrasound-guided biopsy of this mass is
recommended.

OVERALL FINAL ASSESSMENT: BI-RADS CATEGORY 4B - Suspicious for
malignancy (moderate suspicion).

I'll add that the actual biopsy (Ultrasound Guided Core biopsy) didn't hurt at all. Even the shots of lidocaine didn't really hurt. So if anybody has fears there, you'll probably be okay.
