Wait and watch versus Trastuzumab + Pertuzumab + Keytruda?

Hi. I am on dialysis (28 years) having Chronic Liver Disease as well for about 19 years. Well to moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma in the GE Junction, Stage 1-2, not spread anywhere else. Resection did not succeed due to heavy bleeding. No plan to re-attempt. 28 sessions of radiation done. 60% of the tumour still remains. Still not spread.

My oncologist has suggested one of the following:
- Wait and watch, repeat PET CT, endoscopy after 3 months and then assess
- Start Trastuzumab + Pertuzumab + Keytruda once in 3 weeks for 3 months - better chance of complete response, higher risk of side effects

The side effects risk from Keytruda especially are higher than usual for me given the kidney and liver issues.

Just wondering what you would do? Any thoughts? Thanks so much!
