westnp1 Can u tell me how you got thru the radiation when everything is sore, inflamed and burnt. To try and go to the bathroom is horrible. Still have 6 radiation and 2 chemo to go.

They gave me a medical healing salve and it's was good. I was not burnt until the end of the tx.

I'm a cancer survivor from squamous cell carcinoma stage 3. I found the limp in my vagina. Surgery chemo and radiation. Let me know how I can. Help.

8 years ago. They gave me a 40% prognosis- don't believe them! I started radiation and chemo about a month after surgery. Radiation was every day for 6 weeks. Chemo was about 4 treatments.

And I wasn't too tired until the end!

Hola, @angie0374, bienvenida. What a beautiful picture of you. I hope you'll add it to your profile.

Angie, of course you are scared and depressed. Fellow members like @bobette1 @jeanadair123 @annie7837 and @naturegirl5 know what it is like to get bad news. You've been here before and worked hard through treatment and have been in remission for 7 years. This is hard to accept that it has come back. But you will do this for your children.

When will you get the imaging results and know whether surgery is possible or not? Sending you courage and strength.

Please keep us posted ....I feel very alone too as not many out there with vulvar Squamous cell carcinoma. Sounds like something similar. Please get another opinion. I get the loose pants pants and nearly impossible to sit. I have stage 3 and had surgery in November and am just at halfway thru Chemo & radiation now. I can tell u this I can't wait to be able to sit down again without caution. Please keep in touch.

Hola ….
