Vomiting, bad abdominal cramps and diarrhea on cap/tem

I have read about vomiting and diarrhea with cap/tem regimen. I’ve been lucky to be spared the vomiting in first two cycles. Now in third round I had both and also awful stomach cramps for hours. Also, chills and sweating I’m taking meds for acid, spasms and nausea. Not very effective. I’m eating very small bland meals.this started the day after I finished chemo pills. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I’m feeling better. I finished the third round of chemo. This is the first day I’ve felt good. I still have some neuropathy in my feet and fingers. I’m hoping that goes away before I have to start the cap/temo again.
Incidentally this feeling better came the same day our driveway was cleared of snow and ice so we are able to get out of the house today.

@djchambers I am well thanks. Each cycle is a unique experience for each person. The side effects can be challenging. Hopefully you find remedies that work for you. Is there any one thing giving you the most difficulty?
