I found this video to be really helpful.

Some of what he's saying has been discussed here before. I wish my Urologist and PCP had talked to me like this.

@surftohealth88 He talks about cancer cells spreading into the seminal vesicles - but aren't they removed as part of the prostatectomy?

Yes, they are removed but that feature shows aggressiveness of a cancer and it probably escaped from prostate gland. That is why vesicle invasion increases risk of BCR significantly. (about 2.5 times more probable than in a person who does not have that feature).
