Can one stop Humira if ulcerative colitis is not seen on colonoscopy?

Can one stop injecting Humira after ulcerated colitis is not seen after colonoscopy. Taking injection once every two weeks.

I’m not sure if I completely understand what you’re asking. But if you e been using Humira and a colonoscopy has shown no active disease, if you are asking if you can discontinue the medicine, the answer is no. I would consult with your GI doctor, but once a medication that is working is discontinued, your disease will return, and you may no longer be able to use that medication in the future. The goal is to heal your intestine but typically, these medications are utilized for life.
