Using O2 to nebulize

I am sure others have experienced nebulizing and airway clearance in a hospital. When I was recently hospitalized for 3 days in mid November for low sodium, respiratory therapy came to my room for my nebulizer treatment of 3ml Albuterol followed by 4ml of 7% saline twice daily. They hooked up the tubing and nebulizer to the wall mounted O2 port by the bed turned it up to around 7 or 8 liters and I nebulized. Now to fully do both medications took between 10-15 mins. I’m sure the hi flow O2 plays a major role in the shortened time. And I thought it was just as effective as when I do my nebbing at home which takes around 45-50 mins. I use the Ombra compressor with the Areoclipse neb. Is there such a thing as a hi-flow compressor we can get?? Just a thought.
