US experiences finding intravesical gentamicin (antibiotic bladder ins

I’m doing intermittent self-catheterization due to urinary retention and have been dealing with recurrent UTIs. I keep reading about gentamicin bladder instillations (intravesical antibiotic instillation), but I can't find anyone locally who’s familiar with it.

I’m trying to find where people have actually gotten this done in the U.S. What kind of specialty offered this? Even just the health system name would help. I live in the ti-state area but I would travel. Thank you.
