Unable to gain weight

I had a total panc back in June '23 with cholecystectomy and splenectomy along with vascular reconstruction and duodenum changes. I was on a feeding tube for 1 1/2 years but have been off it for a while now. I have not been able to gain any of my weight back. My appetite is good and I eat regularly each day. I have been increasing my enzymes and am taking a pill like every 3 - 4 bites and have seen zero change. I'm not losing but not gaining either.

I am taking Zenpep 40K.

Does it take a long time before my anatomy changes are adjusted?
Have other experienced this?
