Tymlos or Forteo Users, what size needle? (And a couple of other notes

Hi pen users, I am on Tymlos and been using the 5 needles. But due to a mix up the original pharmacy sent me some 8 needles too. Which do you use and why? Trying to decide if I switch to these 8s or stick with the 5s.
Also signed up for the Tymlos welcome kit and they sent me a GREAT travel carrier. It’s not for cold though so will just be used for domestic trips. I have long haul international this summer so will head online to find a cooling one, I know people have recommended 4Family. Any other options for long haul would love to hear.
Also am too lazy to look but I know someone posted in the past about time zone switches. I am thinking I will skip the first day after a long haul 9 hour time change and then the following day resume mornings on the local time. I like doing my shot in the morning as it gives me energy.
TIA

ccps, Amgen recomends either needle, 5-8mm. They gave me 4mm at the hospital in Singapore, but the are 31g instead of 32, which I like the idea of but can't tell a difference when injecting. Your idea of skipping is the best, even if you weren't too lazy. There are all kinds of fancy temp controlled gizmos for travel on amazon. I like the one with the temperature gage, but I'm too cheap. I use Forteo and just carry ice packs.
I hope you have a wonderful trip.

ccps101 Thank you for the awesome suggestion of the website for the travel coolers. This is something I will need at one point!
