Tumour testing

Posted by shell from Canada @shelleyderish, Jul 29 2:44pm

My husband had liver biopsy metastasize pancreatic cancer We were told it was cancer but oncologist and cancer clinic have not told us the profiling. Reading it myself says strong positive staining for pancytokeratin and CK7. There is diffuse weak staining for CDX-2. Staining for CK20, TTF-1, NKX3-1, PAX-8 and GATA-3 are negative. Any idea what this means ??
We have appt with oncologist this week. Any advise what we should be asking ?
