Tubulovillous adenoma information?

I had a colonoscopy in 2012, found a tubulovillous adenoma but I don't have the procedure notes so I don't know what size it was. I had a followup in 2014, same doctor, small benign polyp don't know location of that one. Went to see him 3 years later and he said no colonosocpy needed for two more years, the five year mark.

I had to use another Dr. for that one in 2019. He was awful. The office staff, horrible, the procedure room awful, had to walk to it in my stocking feet and got up on the procedure table with dirty socks, like a bad movie. This guy lied to me about the results. He didn't want to do another colonoscopy on me because it was "difficult' (FOR HIM, NOT the first gastro doctor), corrugated bowel (whatever that means), adhesions, blah blah blah. He lied about what he found and told my then PCP (dumped her too, another horrible doctor, we have alot of them upstate NY) that I should SKIP the colonoscopy and have a COLOGUARD test!

Wanted to see if I needed another upper endo so went to a new gastro doctor recommended by PCP retired in 2015 (unfortunately!!!) He told me I had a tubulovillous tumor found in 2019, 2cm big I read the procedure notes from that stinking guy who lied. Imagine, he lied about finding this polyp! But there it was in his procedure notes with a big circle around it because HE KNOWS HE LIED.

So this Dr. wanted to do a colonoscopy and I was supposed to do it next week but I can't. I have something else going on that the prep will affect and put me in misery for weeks after I just finally started healing, and I can't face the prep emotionally right now, I'm a wreck for another reason. I'm just done, I'm tired of this terror they put on you. I had a consult via phone with that new gastro Dr. yesterday and I asked him if the tubulovillous found in 2019 was in my rectum as the notes said, he said yes so I told him sigmoidoscopy. Then he told me the one found in 2012 was in my ascending colon, but: first time I saw him, he told me it was in the SAME PLACE as the one found in 2019, that's my rectum. SO HE'S LYING TOO or he just wasn't looking at my file which I think was the case since he didn't know the size of the one found in 2019 and I do.

I asked him how long does it take for a tubulovillous adenoma to form, he said he DIDN'T KNOW. I asked him how long does it take one of them to get to 2CM, he DIDN'T KNOW. I asked him how long does it take to turn into cancer he DIDN'T KNOW.

DOES ANYONE KNOW? OR HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THESE THINGS? I'm old, how many years could I possibly live, I'm alone totally and completely with NO ONE at all, my only child and daughter died tragically in a very horrible way in 2011 and I have a psychiatric condition now BECAUSE OF THAT and I can't take much more, I just can't, I don't know what to do and I don't have anyone to advise me. CAN YOU HELP?
