TRSR not healing as it should.

I had a Reverse Shoulder Replacement about seven months ago with Pt 2/3 weeks for the entire time. I still cannot raise my arm above my head. My doctor is now sending me for an EMG to see if there is nerve damage. At 4 months in, he said there might be a build up of scar tissue holding it back because of a previous rotator cuff repair on the same shoulder that failed. Did anyone have a similar experience.
