Trintellix and diarrhea on 10mg

I’m taking Trintellix for anxiety and have found it is really working. Started with 5mg then was increased to 10 mg three weeks ago. After two weeks on the 10mg, I developed diarrhea. At first , I thought I iit was from food poisoning as I had severe nausea (also Trintellix the day before. No nausea after that day, but the diarrhea remains in the morning only (thankfully). Eager to hear about experiences.
