TKR post op clicking and pain

I had a left TKR in May 4th, l was up and walking straight away, doing between 1000-2000 steps a day, but l noticed a clicking noise in "the Joint" after the 3rd day of walking, l was told in review this will fade as it settles ! It has become louder and painful, l also complained of hip pain and was told its arthritis, finally got MRI, acute impingement on left hip, l just wonder if the hip impingement may be causing the problem with my knee recovery ie; joint alignment hip to knee, any suggestions?
