Tiny hard bump beside TKR scar. What is it?

I had TKR ..total knee replacement...five months ago. Now there are 3 tiny hard bebe sized bumps under the skin beside the knee scar on top of the knee ? What could these be?

@mewonder Only your doctor can tell you for certain, but a good guess would be that you have undissolved internal sutures in there, or possibly a little scar tissue where the sutures were. I have some that are 12 years old near the site of a hip surgery.
