Hello @cheema, Welcome to Connect. My neuropathy started out in my toes in my mid 50s but it was more numbness than tingling and didn't bother my sleep. It sounds like your doctors haven't been able to diagnose the cause of the tingling in your feet. There are multiple conditions that can cause similar symptoms that you are describing. Here is an article that may be helpful:
-- Tingling in Feet: 16 Causes, Diagnosis, and Treatments: https://www.healthline.com/health/tingling-in-feet.

You mentioned all tests were normal. Have you thought about seeking a second opinion or help at a teaching hospital or major health facility like Mayo Clinic?

I had misdiagnosed pneumonia 30+ years ago. By the time the doctor's assistants had revisited my x-rays and pointed out the pneumonia it was over 2 weeks and the fatal blow had been dealt to the myelin sheaths around my nerves. Shortly after that I developed tinnitus, recruitment, and tingly feet. A neurologist explained what had happened. A foot doctor told me his brother had had good results from using a cannibus (THC) cream on his feet. I tried it and it did help, but was very expensive. I found nearly as good results using MagniLife Pain Relieving Foot Cream. I've been using it for years. It comes in 4 oz jars or 8 oz. tubes (which I prefer as you can control the amount you use better). I hope it's only your feet. Nerve damage tends to influence many body parts. Good luck.

My mistake, it was a CBD cream that I'd tried from a local Massachusetts store. I suspect you can get these things all over these days. I have been told CBD is from the marijuana leaves and THC is more likely from hemp plants. I am totally ignorant on these things. Again, good luck.

My feet tingle, go numb at times, and also burn. I haven't found anything that helps except Gabapentin. I try to keep my feet out of my blankets because that irritates them more. I find the morning is most uncomfortable for me, and until I take my medication I cannot function (these symptoms run throughout my whole body).
Best of luck!

I am the same way s about half an hour before I go to bed I slather my feet with my Voltaren gel and massage it in real good. So by the time I go to bed the sheets don't hurt so much and I start on my side so my toes aren't touching.
In the morning, even if that is the good time, I still rub in some gel. It helps get through the day. I have also started taking Benadryl at night to help me sleep and for some reason, it also helps my pain when I wake and for many hours in the day.
Good luck in finding help with your pain

Thank you for the suggestions. I will look into Voltaran. I cannot take Benadryl as I take prescription antihistamines already.

Every night I have burning, tingling and pins and needles in my left foot. Had hemilaminectomy about 2 yrs ago to relieve pinched nerve creating severe left leg pain. Leg pain went away but was told nothing else could be done for the foot. Is there any topical cream to help relieve so I can get to sleep?

Welcome @karma12, I think a few members have mentioned using Voltaren Gel on their feet which has an active ingredient of Diclofenac sodium. Others have mentioned using Vick's VapoRub. Hopefully members will share their experience with what has helped relieve the tingling, burning pins and needles in the feet.

I'm assuming your doctors think the the nerve is still pinched or compressed and causing the pain in your feet. There is another discussion started by @jenniferhunter that you might find helpful -- Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) for treating compression and pain: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/myofascial-release-therapy-mfr-for-treating-compression-and-pain/.

Have you heard of Myofascial Release Therapy or had any type of massage therapy to see if it might help?
