Tibia rod screw removal
Two years ago I broke my tibia and had a rod implanted with four screws. I have had issues with pain from the screws so I had all four screws removed. I really don’t want the rod removed because all my pain issues thankfully have resolved. Is it safe to say that even without the screws the rod is basically cemented inside the tibia without much chance of rotating or moving
I really don’t want another surgery. It’s just a worry of mine that needs to be put to rest
