TAR with 3D parts and surgery? What’s the best TAR appliance?

I’m in for ankle replacement soon, 69 yrs old and active, fit. I’m trying to educate myself and get the best outcomes. I know everyone is different, unique in lifestyles and health. The ankle is a tricky joint and a vascular sort of pump. Any input and advice would be appreciated. Anyone have a 3D printed implant?
