Ozempic or wegovy for weight loss during or after cancer treatment?

I need to lose some weight! Technically I am obese having been slim all my life. My cancer treatment for stage 4 appendix cancer has played havoc with my eating habits and discipline. At times I didn’t feel like eating and had to push myself to eat as nutritiously as possible, or anything that would stay down or in although not nutritious. Then I would eat to stop losing too much weight. Then I had HIPEC and had to put on weight before surgery. Lost a huge amount of weight in hospital and had to focus once I was out on putting on weight. Now I’m 2 years NED but need to manage my digestive system, after a colon resection, to avoid constipation. I’m also still all over the place with my eating habits. I’ve been working with a registered dietician. After trying 4 or 5 small meals a day I’ve found 3 works best for me but I’m struggling with my new inner Labrador! I’ve wondered whether wegovy may help set me on the right track. The thing that scares me though are possible wegovy caused digestive issues. Has anyone had any experience with wegovy they could share?
