Symptomatic after two years out from Whipple

I had a Whipple to remove my grade two neuroendocrine tumor from the head of my pancreas. I am very lucky to say it was successful and I’m (according to my last scan) NED! Life after cancer feels a whole lot like life with cancer. Still struggling with symptoms, nausea being the main cause. I’ve changed my diet and still there is no rhyme or reason to the nausea. Please tell me I’m not the only one?! I’m 37 and have a 3 year old and work. Some days are so hard. I need a light
