Is anyone using Symptom Tracker Apps?
Does anyone have a symptom tracker app that they really like that doesn’t cost a ton? I have gastroparesis and am already on a feeding tube, but am now experiencing muscle spasms and numbness+tingling/burning sensations that started only on the right side of my body but have now progressed to the left too.
We’re waiting on scheduling at Mayo in Phoenix, AZ for a brain MRI, EMG, and other testing, (already a patient but unfortunately had to leave Phoenix due to cost of living) but I want to start tracking as much as I can to help the doctors have as much information as possible as things as getting worse/more intense faster in the last week or so.

Hi @jdd, I have used a daily pain log and dosage when I was tapering of prednisone for polymyalgia rheumatica. I did it the old fashioned way with a small notepad but I do think it would have been "cleaner" if I had put it into a spreadsheet. Here's a site that you might find helpful. It's not an app but the price is right.

Hope this helps.
Thank you @johnbishop, I appreciate that.
I was hoping there was an app that would log all the data from my Apple Watch while also letting me manually enter symptoms but the offerings I’ve seen don’t seem to fit.
I’ve just started logging what I can in the Health App and recording everything else manually like you suggested.
Do you (or anyone) have any suggestions for who I might reach out to at Mayo to see if getting scheduled sooner/faster is an option? Yesterday I forgot how to shave, and I’ve started having nightmares where I hit people and am actually physically doing this, not just in the dream.
Hi @jdd, You might want to take a look through this discussion and post a question to see if anyone has a suggestion. I normally get referrals through my primary care doc but even then it can be a wait depending on how busy they are.
