Surface bumps on the patella after 3 rd tkr surgery

I underwent TKR in 2023. Unfortunately I contracted an infection. After my 3rd surgery, I developed 5 or six bumps that are under the skin at the top of and on the patella. Has anyone else seen or heard of this?
