Subdural hematoma from TBI and/or TIA

My sister diagnosed with TBI, had 8 ct scans (with and w/o contrast). First they said brain bleed on side of head, then said bleed at back of head. Don't know if she had TIA resulting in fall with TBI or ???
They are not doing neurosurgery, watchful waiting right now. Wondering what your experience has been with this? Many thanks.
