Stomach Ulcer and Prone to divticulitus

How can I gain weight with a Stomach Ulcer and without increasing the risk of causing another diverticulitis flare up? Im losing weight - 6'2" weight of 164 lbs and dropping. Cant take Ensure for various other medical conditions(Kidneys, Lactose Intolerant. Anybody with some good advice??
