Stage 2 liver fibrosis

I got to see the gastroenterologist/hepatologist and they had me do a ton of blood work and a fibroscan to see my liver. It came back that I have hepatitis A and have had hepatitis B antibodies but have never received the vaccine. My fibroscan showed that I have stage 2 liver fibrosis. We are waiting for another CT scan and esophagogastroduodenoscopy with gastric and duodenum biopsies. The hardest part is definitely boating and also finding root cause of liver if not for the hepatitis. Anybody in similar situation?
