Spondylotic changes

33 year old male here suffering from chronic pains. I get headaches, neck aches including the front left side. I get chest pains. I get pain in my arms. I get pains in legs and feet too. I also have a lot of twitching happening to my body. I feel overwhelmed. I think it is mostly nerve pain but I am suspecting vascular problems too in legs as I had panicked after injury and had a lot of sleepless nights (I did not know neck injury would cause chest pain hence I was freaking out) Hoping to connect with someone going through similar issues. I am very stressed as well as I have two children aged 4 and 2 and I am unable to work currently with my wife having to work extra as a Registered Nurse.

My MRI results:

Reduced cervical lordotic curvature denoting muscle spasm. Normal alignment of the thoracic and lumbosacral vertebra.
At C5-6 level, there is a mild broad-based posterior central disc protrusion and bilateral uncinate process hypertrophy. This results in mild narrowing in the neural exit foramina with mild impingement of the emerging C6 nerves bilaterally.
At C6-7 level, there is a mild broad-based posterior central dise protrusion and left sided uncinate process hypertrophy mildly impinging the emerging left C7 nerve.
No significant posterior thoracie dise protrusion.
There is mild reduction in height and T2 signal intensity of the lower 2 lumbar discs in keeping with disc dehydration.
At L4-5 level, there is a mild broad-based posterior central disc protrusion but with no significant neurological effects.
At LS-S1 level, there is a mild broad-based posterior right paracentral disc protrusion with no significant neurological effects.

Is it affecting your sleep ? I have been getting palpitations and I am guessing it is from the Pregabalin I am taking. I will need to talk to my doctor soon about this

I have cervical and lumbar stenosis, degenerative disc disease, cervical myelopathy and lumbar neurogenic claudication. I can relate with your symptoms and did not sleep well. I would wake up with daily headaches.

Do you have a desk job and work on a computer all day? I did for over 30 years and it was not good for my spine.

Are you seeing an orthopedic spine specialist/surgeon or neurosurgeon? Have you had any cortisone spinal injections for pain (working with a pain management doctor)?

I had ACDF surgery on c5-c6 in 2022 and need c6-c7 done next month in May. My herniated disc is compressing my spinal cord and nerve roots causing radiculopathy. It definitely sounds like you are having radiculopathy symptoms. My symptoms started when I was in my early 40s after having my only child (pregnancy put pressure on my lumbar spine). I also had lumbar spine decompression and fusion surgery on l3-l5 in 2024.

Have you seen a neurologist for EMG/nerve conduction studies? They can also do a small fiber neuropathy skin punch biopsy. Your heart can be affected by small fiber neuropathy.

Have you seen a cardiologist to rule out anything tied to your heart/vessels?

Did you have a mri of your brain due to headaches?
