Spinal fusion will I need a 3rd?

I have had 2 spinal fusion surgeries, 2022 and 2024. The surgeries go from my L-5 to my L2. I also have scoliosis. Now my L1toT10 is bad. Complete curve on top of fusion. At what point do they just do my whole spine? I say that because my sister had a metal bar put in her back 40 years ago. Now she has no issues. I’m afraid if they keep piecing me together at some point I will need my whole spine done. Do you think they will do 3rd fusion? Also I just turn 50. I’m very active.
