Spastic colon ?
Normal movements become very soft and too frequent and can happen without any warning. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Any natural remedies?

Look up Alpha Lipoic Acid, an all natural anti-inflammatory that is good to our bodies. Taking the smaller amounts and working up. I did not know it effected the bowel until this past month. I had purchased a new bottle and bought 350 mg. instead of my lower dose amount. I was getting so constipated that it was becoming problematic, so I was looking at everything going into my mouth to see if it caused constipation. I put in search engine, "Does Alpha Lipoic Acid cause constipation," and I was shocked with the answer because I had been taking the lower dose for years without issue. It's all natural and I can attest to what it did to me.
