Soy products and osteoporosis
Dr. Doug has a new Youtube video out about soy. It’s interesting. I’m curious if there is anyone out there who has been consuming soy products more long term i.e. tofu, soy milk, tempeh, Natto, supplements, etc. I have always steered away from most soy unless it was fermented like tempeh, miso and Natto so as to avoid the anti nutrients. Also there used to be a lot of scary data about phyto estrogens. I would like to have more plant based protein in my diet and soy has plenty of protein. So I guess what I’m asking is if anyone out there with osteoporosis feels that soy has benefitted their health and specifically their bone health. Thank you for your comments.

Oxalates in soy can bind with calcium and prevent absorption in the digestive tract as you mention
I use vitamin K-2, 7from nattokinase Jarrow Formula twice daily. I don't know if it does anything at all.
I trust research that indicateds benefit of K2 in preventing calcification of soft tissue and presenting more calcium to the bone.
I too, struggle to get enough protein. I do feel good who knows why.
