Soreness 5 weeks after Cholecystectomy and Appendectomy

Hi:

I am a 30-year-old female and 5 weeks ago tomorrow, I had my gallbladder and appendix removed laparoscopically. They didn't know they appendix was going to have to go until they were already in there and my surgeon said instead of cutting me open 4 -5 more times on top of my already 5 incisions, he just turned the machine around and in return it most likely tore extra abdominal muscle in my larger incision.
Well as of yesterday, I am having this aching pain through the entirety of my lower abdomen and the one incision to the left of my belly button. On the outside everything looks and feels great still, no bulging or obvious herniations. My surgeon was super happy with how everything looked and felt at my 2-week post-op appointment and up until yesterday, everything felt normal.
On Sunday I did help my fiancé move a large hutch into our apartment that required a lot of lifting so I'm wondering if I overdid it but it's just weird. I am at the 6-week mark next week and expected to be able to start working out at that point but now I'm concerned I still will need to rest even longer. The last two days also I will say my fatigue has been at an all-time high as well.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or if I should be seeking medical care immediately.

Thank you!
