SomaTherarpy SomaErect Vaccuum Penis Pump Review

I am 3 months out from partial nerve sparing prostate removal. 56, good shape, regular exerciser and I eat healthily - no meat, tons of fish, very little dairy. A member of my care team recommended this product, and I have used it 3 or 4 times. It is easy to use, works quickly, and not painful. Despite paying $250 it is cheap looking but it is not like I am going to hang it over my desk at work, so I had to get past that. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, which is provide me with a full, robust pre-surgery erection.

The first two times I used it I did not attempt anything sexual, just wanted to see my dear old friend in high spirits again, and to be assured that all systems were still go. The third time I wasn't able to get the ring on fast enough - once you pump yourself up in the tube, you roll the ring down around your penis and that maintains your erection, pretty much - and I lost a bit of my erection. This last time I was able to get the rubber ring on and maintain my erection long enough to self-stimulate, and achieve something like a climax, with a few drops of urine coming out during the climax. The climax itself wasn't spectacular like pre-surgery, but it was my first in 3 months and I sense that they will get better. I felt that "ahhhhh" right afterward, but it was muted, and an hour or so later I felt that same sense of relief, but over like 20 minutes and again muted.

A good thing is that in the days after all that, my penis has "awakened" a bit and a few random times at work I got something a bit fuller than the chubby I had gotten a few times prior. I felt a strange kind of low level sensation like a power surge, if that makes sense. It was not nearly an erection of my full length, but it was a step in that direction. I plan to use the pump more often for self-stimulation, and once I start dating again there will be several challenges with that, but at least I know I am ready for some intimacy when the mood strikes.

I have a different model, I use it as instructed to prevent fibrosis. But it’s definitely not enough for intercourse.
