Solitary fibrous brain tumor malignant

I have a 32 year old, diagnosed with SFT in Oct. 2024, while pregnant with the second child. Labour went well, but she was diagnosed a week later with a large occipital brain tumor (5-6cm) was removed (95%). via 9. 5hrs craniotomy, radiation was done a month or so later, for 6.5 weeks. Tumor was graded as inter-mediate.
Month and a half later after radiation, a new tumor showed up with another 12 new cells in her brain and some changes noticed in a liver.
Yesterday she had a brain bleed, surgery and is still in hospital
Any thoughts and similar experience are appreciated.
