Small Fiber Neuropathy w/ Neurogenic Bladder

Just curious if anyone else is/was dealing w/ this combination? So, in addition to usual crappy small fiber neuropathy symptoms, I haven't been able to urinate on my own in 6+ years. I would love to never see another catheter ever again, not really sure that's possible, but it does not seem likely.

I am recovering from a spinal cord injury, incomplete, and I have neurogenic bladder and neuropathy in my feet. My urologist told me I will probably always have need for a catheter because the bladder shrinks when not used, but I do plan to get urodynamic testing done again in the future.
