I almost had it. As I have very tight and painful SI joints for years. I ended up having a cortisone injection in my facet joints at just the right place. I started going to a deep myofascial release therapist (MFR). A really good one. I also started walking and stretching more and strengthened my core riding my stationery bike. Unbearable pain went away! Let's us know how it goes if you go through it!
