shrinking penis treatment, post PBRT ?
Had PBRT six years ago... And God and Mayo Clinics have been Great!!
I'm married and my penis seems to be shrinking away...
Is this common? Is there a way to regain what was?

Did you use hormone therapy (ADT) with your PBRT?
I had meds for shrink my prostate which caused my penis to shrink about 50% then had a prostatectomy which shortened my penis another inch. I have been doing penis rehab which is nothing more than taking daily Cialis to increase blood flow and using a penis pump to create an erection to “exercise” and stretch the size. I have been doing this for 5 months and the size has increased for is shortest of 2 inches right after surgery to 4 inches soft. My erection size is now 6 inches which is 1 and a half inches shorter than my pre surgery size. So yes, the surgery as well as meds to lower your testosterone cause shrinkage. I’m optimistic for the future.

Regretfully experience the same. Not sure if coming from treatments or non use. I am on Cilias for helping with irritation in prostate, bladder etc. It is not a dose high enough for ED. I do though notice an increase in resting size when I take it.
But no where am I like 10-20 years ago.
