shoulder neck and ear block

Posted by sukyrajan @sukyrajan, Nov 15, 2023

My ear feels full/blocked with some pain in shoulder. This pain will increase day by day and radiate to my left neck and forehead and eye. some time back of my head. Taking Ibru fen is giving me temporarily relief but Mobic controls this pain. some days i couldn't bear it. what are these symptoms?
This is started 3years ago but these day i am getting the symptoms often once or twice in a month.
i have done the MRI twice. first time Gp told there is a bulging in C5, it may irritate my nerves. 2nd time Gp said it could be due to Arthritis in the spin.
Please give me the correct solution if anyone went through similar pain.

https://www.yourhousefitness.com/blog/muscle-breakdown-sternocleidomastoid This muscle can cause all that. When you are having the pain, run your fingers intensely over the muscle.
TMJ can also cause that exact pain. Some doctors mostly osteopaths, some PTs, chiropractors can adjust the joint. Are there any activities that seem to preceed the occasions of pain. Chewing dried meats often cause the joint to become displaced.
C-5 bulging disc can affect arms, neck, shoulders, hands as well as the head, eyes, ears, or thyroid gland. The arthritis showing up in the spin is probably at the facets at C-5 and would affect any exiting nerves at that level.
Because the symptoms are once or twice a month, I would guess that it isn't the buldge or the arthritis.
I have a C 5-6 disc bulge that effaces the thecal sac. And an osteophyte complex at the same level. But my neck and ear pain isn't from that. Though some day, given a long life, I will have to address those two issues, with medial branch blocks, surgery to remove the bone spurs maybe even an artificial disc.
I have chiropractic adjustments for the TMJ. It only takes one adjustment every blue moon.
I hope you find relief.
