Should total hipreplacement surgery and reattachment of tendons

Should I combine the total hip replacement surgery and the surgery to reattach gluteou tendons? O r should these be separate surgeries for most sucessful results ?

Combine the surgeries. It’s tough going through pt then having surgery again it will weaken the hip joint muscles.
