Severe Osteoporosis

I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in 2013. Recent Bone Density showed it is now severe. I am 76 years old. Had emergency surgery 3 years ago for several Divirticulitis, resulting in partial Sigmoid Colon removal and having a Stoma created. Had stress induced mild heart attack during surgery. Fosamax has been discontinued for now. Endocrinologist wants to start me on Evenity. I am extremely concerned with it's side effects. Mother had stroke years ago...one of Med's side effects. Prolia was then suggested, but it does effect the Colostomy...which I have large spontaneous outputs at times. I have never been concerned with any Meds I have been on...till looking at Evenity and Prolia. I am now on Calcium Citrate and Vitamin D3 for life...taken daily. Still undecided and afraid....
