Hello! I have been diagnosed with disc budges with severe muscle spasms, I use Gabapentin with no relief. Can you help me. What do you use for severe pain

Hi @sixtus @AlwaysHopeful took Tizanidine /Zanaflex for muscle spasms and @jenapower like the Lidoderm (lidocaine patches). I would also like to invite @upartist just to see if they have any good advice.
Have you consulted with your doctor about a different medication?

Yeah I consulted with my Dr but they just kept on recommending Gabapentin, thanks for your advice

Havr you tried asking for a prescription of Flexeril.
How much Gabapentin did you try?

I take 300mg of Gabapentin once daily, I haven't tried flexeril yet. Does it help relieve pain?

Flexeril is a sedative pain & muscle relaxant.
