Serrated adenomas

Hello. 47 yo and found 2 serrated adenomas , pathology no. Cancerous. I am quite concerned. Dr wants to recheck
In 3 years with colonoscopy. Anything else we can do? Would a Dr remove my
Right colon preventative?
