I have diagnosed 2 years ago with CRPS. It happened 10 years ago when I had a spinal C6-C7 epidural injection. The needle went too far that touched the nerve. Since then the 5th finger pain never end. Two years ago after I had neck C5-C7 infusion that aggravated the nerve . The pain on 5th finger getting worse. I saw a hand specialist he said it is CRPS for sure. I had stellate Ganglion shot 4 time. None of them worked. I have been on Narcotic on the clock. The worst part was I can NOT sleep. Once I fell sleep the pain wakes me up. Now I understand why it called " The burning night" I tried PT, Acupuncture and laser treatment. The next I am going for a Ketamine infusion. I will post about the out come to share with someone who has similar condition.

3 Reactions@songfamily2025 I know this sounds crazy but try Vitamin B12 and Iron, and eggs. I had severe nerve pain this last year. The pain management doctor was no longer helpful. I already do B12 injections. I have bisglycinate Iron (Bronson brand $10 on Amazon, gentle and non constipating); I was feeling super fatigued so I got on a regimen of taking the B12 & iron regularly, and eating a couple eggs in the morning. It MIRACULOUSLY fixed long-standing neuropathies. I was amazed that the pain management doctorS I see (capital S on purpose) over the years never looked at this for me. (of course not, they can't make money!) I researched why it was working - when we age, some of us don't digest the nutrition we eat. (I eat VERY WELL) and a shortage of iron/B12 to your nerves (nerve sheaths) to "act out." I will bet you will at least see some improvement! I hate having to stop and make eggs in the morning but the old senior dog and I agree we are MUCH IMPROVED!!!! let me know if it helps... I saw a difference in a couple days. It was so crazy!

4 ReactionsHi loriesco, Thank you for your kind response. I have another health disorder that my doctor would not allow me to use B12 injection. Too bad, that I have to convince her to let me to try infusion Ketamine. I am not sure it is going to work or not. But I will post the results. I appreciate your thoughtfulness very much. Again, thank you so much!

3 ReactionsHi @songfamily2025
Sorry to hear about your terrible pain situation. I totally can commiserate.
Do you know the reason why your doctor would not allow you VitB12 infusions?
I am asking, because I have a similar issue: generally VitB 12 , VitB6 and other Vitamins are prescribed for neuropathy pain, but in my case it does not work. Somehow my body cannot metabolize nutrients efficiently, so my VitB12 is constantly too high. The paradox is that too high levels of VitB, especially VitB6, can CAUSE neuropathy!
A real conundrum!

3 Reactions@songfamily2025 did you take a blood test for your vitamin B12? Maybe yours is normal? You should ask your doctor for a metabolic blood test. That’s where I originally found out my vitamin D was low. Also, my B12 was low. However they always tell me I’m in range. Now I tell them no being low or high, but in range is not normal. I want to be normal, so that’s why I qualify for the B12 injections. Also, I’ve been taking vitamin D for years cause my vitamin D was low. I would suggest you don’t absolutely need to take it. Take “vitamin code for women raw over 50.” it is an amazing supplement. I keep it in my house because a lot of times I don’t know if I’m ready for the vitamin B 12 injection. So I take the vitamin code and if I feel energized, I know I’m low and ready for an injection. If you take the injections, you have to monitor to make sure that you don’t get too high. Your body can fluctuate so I don’t know how careful you are about all of that and how much attention your doctor wants to pay. It’s not exactly ideal. (the injections) because your body doesn’t process things exactly evenly at exactly same intervals. So if I get some insomnia, I know I wasn’t ready for the B12..
